Barça Set to Play First Fixture at Partially Completed Camp Nou over the weekend

The club confirmed their first game will take place at the still-under-construction Camp Nou this Saturday. Athletic Bilbao will visit Athletic Bilbao in the Spanish league over two years since relocating so building work could begin.

“We envisioned this comeback. The moment has arrived. Home again at Spotify Camp Nou.”

Attendance will be limited but 45,401 spectators can be present as per the current authorization. Once fully finished, the stadium’s capacity will reach close to 105,000 fans, increasing from the former 99,000. The club said recent additions comprise a renovated tunnel for players plus modern locker rooms.
